These stipulations and conditions (collectively referred to as the "Terms") establish a legal agreement between yourself and SingleCare Services LLC and its affiliated entities, including Towers Administrators LLC operating as SingleCare Administrators ("us," "our," or "we"). To utilize the SingleCare Service and its corresponding application, you must consent to these Terms. When you use or receive the SingleCare Service provided by us and the pharmacies participating in the SingleCare Service, as well as when you download, install, or utilize any associated application provided by us for enabling the use of the SingleCare Service (referred to as the 'App'), you explicitly acknowledge and accept these Terms. Furthermore, you agree to be bound by any subsequent modifications and additions to these Terms, as they may be periodically published on this website (referred to as the "Site") or via the SingleCare Service.
